Originating from Buenos Aires, a region at 1700 masl, in the Jaramillo farm of Hacienda La Esmeralda. This washed processed coffee was depulped the day of harvest and was cool fermented for three days. After fermentation, the coffee was taken to dry in the climate-controlled facility. The climate-controlled drying allows the coffee to reach ideal humidity with humidity and temperature control and constant airflow.
