Hacienda La Esmeralda’s Laurina is grown at their El Velo Farm. After harvest, this lot was floated and placed in stainless steel tanks to undergo five days of cool anaerobic fermentation. After five days, the coffee was transferred to the climate-controlled drying facility. The climate-controlled drying allows the coffee to reach ideal humidity with humidity and temperature control and constant airflow.
